This policy explains how Printezo Ltd handles cancellations and refunds for our consultation services.
General Terms
Printezo Ltd provides independent consultation and advisory services for device setup, connectivity, and usage guidance. As our services are primarily digital in nature, refunds are handled carefully to ensure fairness for both the customer and the company.
Cancellations
- Customers may cancel a booking within 24 hours of scheduling, provided the session has not started.
- Cancellations must be requested via email at help@printezo.net or through our contact form.
- Once a consultation has been delivered (written notes or guidance provided), the booking cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe (before the session begins).
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed consultation due to unforeseen reasons on our side, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds are issued once the consultation service has been completed or materials delivered.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the service has been delivered.
- Failure to use or apply the provided instructions.
- Technical issues caused by customer’s own devices, networks, or third-party software.

Printezo Ltd may update or amend this policy from time to time to meet legal, regulatory, or service changes. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
